Okay, cool. My point was only that the thing about quartering foreign
soldiers is, I believe, _also_ found in the second amendment, even
though what most people remember is the mistaken impression that it
somehow grants private citizens the right to bear arms. This is what I
get for obscurely leaving the main topic for this list. Hey, _you_
started it ;  )  !
