[Sca-cooks] TaterTot Casserole

Here in Montana, at least at Mistress Yrsa's family home in Dillon, Montana,
where I first tasted it, consists of:

1 lb. lean ground beef (venison is an acceptable substitute)
1/2 packet Lipton's Onion Soup Mix (or to taste)
1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (do not substitute)
1 lb. Ore Ida TaterTots

Layer in 8 in square pan.  Cook at 400F for 45-60 min.

Can be doubled in a 13x9 in. pan.
