If you can't get sour salt locally, it can be mail-ordered
from the King Arthur Flour people. (It's used in some
sourdough recipes as well as other bread recipes.)

Sour Salt, not truly a salt at all, is pure citric acid, a
           bitingly sour substance that lends extra tang to
           sourdough and rye breads. In 8-ounce bag. 2.95.
