Well, I'm sure I can help with at least one of those things.  The new head
of our Bright Hills Cooks Guild is Baroness Ekaterina who can be reached at
Ekaterina at md.prestige.net   She should be the autocrat for Trial by Fire
next year.  As you know, we do categories, meat, veggie, grains, dessert,
grand champ.  I suppose you would be looking for grand champ.
