[Sca-cooks] Off Topic: Raw Angora Wool

As one of our members recently said, there is always someone who knows
about other than cooking related topics.

Sooo, I have access to *raw* angora goat wool.  That is, shear the wool off
the goat, and that's what I have.  Perfect for those who would want to
clean, card, spin, etc...  Angora goats wool is, as you may know,
mohair.  Really nice and soft wool.

It would not be quite period for Europe and/or the Americas, as they first
were introduced in Europe in the mid-1800's, from Turkey.

In any case, I'm just trying to figure out if it would be worth it for me
to get wool through my dad or not.  Those potentially interested, please
contact me OFF list, as I don't particularly want to clutter the list with
this.  Unless there is popular request for it :-)
