[Sca-cooks] wedding cake

This side of the water Wedding cake is a very rich fruit cake made months in
advance of the big day. Fed with alcohol(and yes the children get it as
well...different world views) Iced with marzipam and royal icing piped into
woderful shapes.
the top layer is then kept safe and uncut for the christening.
mine was still fresh after 4 years when my daughter's day happened. In fact
it tasted better.
