Thanks for reminding me, we just moved into a new rental house and the landlord is thrilled that I want
to plant an herb garden.  Lavendar definitely goes on the shopping list.  In answer to your question:
Any of the greens will have the lovely scent.  You might find it a good use for the stems and leaves that
are not being used for more "ornamental" purposes.
