While I'm thinking about it (and while I'm home being sick with no voice,
which is detrimental to phone support), I am wondering if the deer bits I
have in the freezer have marrow in them. They're the lower leg from the
knee down, there are four of them. Are they marrowbones, and if so what do
I do with them? They've been frozen since the deer was dressed, although
not wrapped.
