[Sca-cooks] Splendor in the Sunne

You know, the thing that came to mind for me is eggplant with the sun carved
out and yellow summer squash cut to the sun patten and inserted.  Heck, if
you cut the bottom of the eggplant so it was flat and it stood up tall you
could core out the top just big enough to insert a candle and you could put
the sun design on both sides of the eggplant to use as table decorations.

You may want to do a dish of red cabbage and carrots in keeping (sorta) in
the colour scheme.
