Greetings from Solveig! Out of incredible curiosity, what does
computer chauvinism have to do with cooking?

Mundanely I am a computer engineer (currently a professor) who
has worked on computers which I can guarantee than none of you
ever want to go near and which have never been anywhere close
to a retail store. So to put it mildly, I am underwhelmed by
windows vs. mac or explorer vs. netscape patriotism.
