Whew! That's A LOT better.  I have experienced a few odd measurements in 
redacted recipes, but I must say, the first one you posted really threw me.  
I was going for it though, gulable as I am.  I was especially curious as to 
how 1.5 lbs of pork was going to look once it was wound up in eleven yards 
of cloth!!  I have used less cloth to wrap a deer to hang!  What a hoot.
