Hi!

Inherited the pig tail?...  Yes, I do ask. *g*

Mom (Saskatchewan farm girl) tells me that pig tails used to be quite a treat.  They'd roast them in the coals of a bonfire.  Nice and crispy.

Let me know what you end up doing with the thing!
