I think it would be great, I have been wanting to play with oblaten and
make some marchpanes, and work on my sugarwork for a while.
I made up a batch of shortbreads for Birka and promptly stepped on a
piece of glass so am not going, as I can't walk to well right now ;-(
but I have been having fun making prinz bikkies and little cakes and
sending them to work with Rob. Not to mention the guys in his division
like home baked goodies [although one guy complained because I never
made chocolate chip cookies or brownies. Go figure]

I do have the cream and eggs and almonds to make the almond butter
stuff, so I might have to make Rob make it for me this weekend to see
how it comes out.
