You did wonderful. I only caught the finale as I was in the kitchen
cutting chunks of cooked pork into littler slices of pork, but what
I saw looked wonderful. I wish I had known there would be some food
for tasting by the general public. By the time I saw this and got
over there, the ravenous crowd had pretty well cleaned things off.

The variety of different foods the two of you cooked with only an
hour and a half to work on it was great. Did you know what you
would be cooking ahead of time? Or did you only have an hour and
a half to plan and cook it?

I have a real problem coming up with multiple dishes like that on
the spur of the moment. The next competition sounded like it might
be just one dish. If it is opened up to more than the one challenger
then I might be willing to try this.
