I just watched the 2000 pastry chef competition on the food network.

Amazing, the stuff they did with chocolate and sugar...unreal!!!

Towers of spun candy glass....It was held in Colorado, at about 2000
vertical feet in a tent.

On what turned out to be one of the hottest days of the year!!! They had to
ferry in 30 lb bags of ice, throw it in front of fans...wild!

And some of the creations were things I can't even describe.

If you have an opportunity to see it, jump at the chance.

Even if it will make you terribly hungry...L.
