SC - A question of White Pork. How do you serve it?

This thread began when I asked how to spell hors doeuvre.  Somehow it 
inadvertantly brought everyones bristles up.  It was a quick question for a 
co-worker as I was flying out the door. I apologize for not having a 
dictionary in front of me at the time.
