Buncha lowlanders! Egg doneness is one of the tricks high altitude plays
on us. Living at about 5000 feet, camping tourneys at 7000, I've come to
depend on an egg timer that looks like a plastic egg with a flat bottom,
red on the inside, darkens to a cranberry color in a ring indicating how
done the eggs in the pan with it are. ;)
