Hi all,

Can someone please tell this confused Aussie what the following ingredient
is please?

> *	1/2 16 oz can solid pack pumpkin (about 1 cup)

Is this mashed pumpkin in can or something else?  Would a cup of freshly
cooked mashed pumpkin do the same job in this recipe? Or does the canning
process do something to the texture/flavor of the pumpkin?  Does it include
other ingredients or just pumpkin?
