Unfortunately, no, 'Queen's Court' would cause a confusion between SCA
usages and period usages. At least in the East, the Queen sometimes goes
to a different event than the King, and so holds an actual SCA Royal
Court. A Queen's [gathering with food] has a completely different set of
activities than an SCA Court, and so people would be confused.

Anybody know if the term 'Reception' is at all period in the sense of a
gathering? Maybe if we pursue that sense we'll get farther.
