I stepped on a piece of glass yesterday and cut my foot, so I won't be
able to come to Birka ;-(
However, I can say that adding 1 cup of chestnut flour to the balance of
the flour makes for an interesting shortbread. I think I would stay with
adding a bit of rice flour to the regular, or doing the toasted flour
thing.
