Not necessarily. The question was, 'is there seafood in this dish?',
because the person was allergic to all seafood, fish and crustaceans both. 
Tediously, the answer to this one is that the person with the allergy has
to list every single type of seafood because otherwise the waiter will not
know enough to answer the question.

And of course there are the sterling moments when you order the vegetarian
egg roll and it comes out with shrimp in it. *sigh*  (I'm not allergic to
seafood. I'm allergic to ordering one thing and getting another, though!)
