down on Feb 14 once again so............

 Asparagus, with red bell pepper, garlic and butter (do I detect a
 trend?).
 Pasta, with a nice slurpy garlic and butter-based sauce, maybe with
 fresh basil.
 Fresh berries, with light whipped cream or creme fraiche.
 
 Maple syrup (yes, for what you think!)
