SC - Theme Menus

Greetings to the list.
I've just been lurking for a while, but I'm going to
throw out my tuppence on this.
Now, I've only done one feast (just a couple of months
ago), but I found that I really enjoyed making the
entire menu up from one source. I used only the Forme
of Cury, and everyone really enjoyed the food (and
were duly impressed that everything served was period
dishes).
I don't think you should have to make the menu themed
if you don't want to, but I personally found the
challenge a lot of fun. (And hopefully my kitchen crew
felt the same...)
