SC - Good secondary/overview sources on medieval food

I'm writing up a short booklist of resources on various topics for the
general (non-SCA) reader. I'm going to suggest Pleyn Delit and the
Medieval Kitchen as some cookbooks, Cariadoc's Miscellany and some other
websites, and I'd like to list a few books that are secondary sources and
give something of an overview as well. I have C. Anne Wilson's Food and
Drink in Britain, and Bridget Henisch's Fast and Feast: food in medieval
society. Any other suggestions?
