Hi Alison,
I looked up kitchen sheers at Williams-Sonoma and they had Hinkels on special 
for $27. 00.  That's much lesss then I expected them to be.  I can pick up 
whole chickens for less than $3.00 each and that's way less expensive then 
the almost $7.00 for a pound of boneless, skinless breasts.  So, ultimately 
it probably would be a good idea.
