SC - Storebought kraut

Hi,
If you do have to buy your kraut (which most of us do,
most of the time anyway) the kind in glass jars or
plastic pouches has a much better taste than most of
the canned varieties I've had. The first time I saw
the pouches was when we were in germany. They have
both thte red and green cabbage versions over there.
But when we got back they had started packaging it
that way over here in the states too.

rinse store bought

in a strainer three times
