I always find that there's a little too much grit at the end, after 
the chocolate had been sucked away and your constantly chewing on 
bits of coffee bean.
What I do is take somem good quality dark chocolate and mix in some 
powdered coffee (turkish coffee) and pour it into some tiny bean 
shaped moulds, making little coffee bean chocolate things that taste 
just like the real thing and don't leave the nasty shell bits getting 
stuck in between teeth etc.
