Sounds rather like Chai Masala, except that it uses marijuana
instead of tea. One note: garam masala is a spice blend, but there
is no standardized recipe. It includes various sweet spices such
are listed above, but the exact contents vary from region to region,
and family to family. Other possible spices include: black pepper,
cumin, coriander, bay leaf, and nutmeg.
