Unfortunately, they are out of stock and will not print anymore until 
they have at least ten orders.

The cooking and brewing sections of this book have been painfully 
edited but it still has many interesting bits about the expected 
daily life of a "middle class" woman in mid-period France. The 
original _Le Ménagier De Paris_ was written circa 1393 by an elderly 
man as a guide to his young wife's household duties.
