Happened Friday night/Saturday morning. I saw the fire trucks, 
ambulances, and police cars. Two people in one tent with a propane 
heater that was on but not lit. I know nothing about the male. This 
was the young woman's second event - she was from Atenveldt. There 
was a rumor that they had been drinking - not unusual at events - 
which may have contributed to the tragedy. Very sad no matter what.

There were also at least two tent fires Thursday night, before this 
tragedy, apparently both involving propane heaters in tents. No 
deaths, but in at least one case severe burns to hands and arms.

As someone on another list pointed out, there were approx. 4500 
people at the War and three serious accidents is a small percentage. 
However, i know we would all prefer these sorts of things not to 
occur at all.
