Caid Corps du Cuisine?  or would it be de Cuisine?

Anyway, Shall we declare Sunday's Vatel screening to be the first official 
meeting?  I think a kingdom wide cookery guild sounds loads of fun.   I was 
disappointed last fall that the proposed meeting of Caid Cooks on the Cooks 
list didn't happen.
