Very cool!  Every family has soul food of their own.  The fennel addition sounds
nummy, will try it sometime Real Soon.

Chicken feet = Sole food? <g>

I might have made Soul Cakes and smiled quietly to myself at my own joke.
Heaven knows, nobody else here would get it.
