SC - matzoh ball soup

Phillipa,

Do you have a good recipe for matzoh ball soup? One of
my roommates loves it
and my s.o. is Jewish so I would love to know how to
make it. Funny thing is,
I have never even tasted it.

Shabbos dinner is quickly turning into a no frills
affair this week. 
Luckily chicken torilla roll ups with your wonderful
salsa with fit the bill 
quite nicely. My usuanl Eastern European menu of
matzoh ball soup with 
gifillte fish and roast chicken it ain't, but so far
nobody is complaining!
