Yet another type of pasta I've not heard of. So what type of pasta
is this "Strangolapreti" other than "preti strango" :-) Or is this
the name of the dish and not a type of pasta?

I'm afraid I've got no access to that particular manuscript, nor
could I probably read it, even if I did.
