SC - OT & OOP:::I need a salsa recipe

My thanks again good Sir,
  Shabbos dinner is quickly turning into a no frills affair this week.  
Luckily chicken torilla roll ups with your wonderful salsa with fit the bill 
quite nicely. My usuanl  Eastern European menu of matzoh ball soup with 
gifillte fish and roast chicken it ain't, but so far nobody is complaining!
