SC - Per head budgets

Wow, 5 a head per meal I could...could, no I can't even
imagine having those kind of funds. In Trimaris we try to
keep meal costs down because most of the time we have to pay
for rental of the campsite, hall and kitchen plus a fee per
head for campers.  I stretch the budget by serving a
traverler's stew, bread, coffee  Friday night and Sunday's
breakfast is left overs.  Also I try to stay out of places
like Sam's and supermarkets going instead to  wholesalers.
