Good point. I agree with everyone else. Get thee to a legal rep to protect 
your rights. 

I heard someone say once to publish private somewhere...anywhere...even in a 
newsletter or fan mag....and that counts as prior copyright protection which 
would cause conflict and override the Earthlink stuff by having been a 
reprint or repost by the author rather than a first print.....

But a good intellectual properties lawyer could tell you for sure.
