Well, there are always the liquor filled candies.

Although I doubt you'll find them in period. Chocolate wasn't period,
and most candy comes from the Middle East where liquor was frowned upon
generally. Hmm, but is there any evidence for liquor or wine or beer
in a candy in "Christian" Europe? There might be a small period of
time very late in period when this might be possible. It would seem
to be just the thing for an Elizabethan banquet.
