Rose butter is fun, I cheated and added the diluted middleastern
rosewater and sugar to heavy cream and then turned it into butter.
Worked nicely ;-) The fats picked up the flavorings and concentrated
them well. [go light on the rose, it does concentrate if you make it
this way] It can be a bit disconcerting if people  are not used to
flowery flavors!
