SC - Chicken Feet

Many years ago, one of my mother's old college friends came out west to
visit us.  We lived on a farm (had chickens, goats, cows, etc), and I
still remember the kosher chicken soup she made us....IIRC, the lovely,
rich broth was made with the chicken feet (well cleaned of course <g>),
although they were removed before serving the soup....
