SC - Penny worth/Pennyweight

Pennyworth and pennyweight are two separate items.  Pennyweight is 1/20 of a
Troy ounce while pennyworth is the amount which can be purchased by a penny.

If the recipe calls for a pennyworth, it is likely not calling for a
pennyweight, unless the two happen to coincide.
