A stupid peer trick is one that a peer performs, for example Viscount
Sir Karl von Sussen's stupid peer trick is putting a rubber glove over
his head until it covers his nose, blowing it up and launching it sort
of like you do with a regular balloon by not tying the end before
releasing it.
