Coat them??  What would you coat them with?  Why?

The recipe is a simple one; crab meat, seasoning, some of the "mustard" if 
you start with fresh crabs, egg.  Some folks like onions in theirs and some 
don't.  Loosely form a 'patty' and fry in a little oil, canola or olive.  
Some folks use butter, but it burns.
