Has anyone been translating and redacting this fine German cookbook? It was written in 1581. I have a copy of this book and I plan on translating the hocdeutsch after I work my way through the Gothic or Black Letter form (in German it is called Fraktur) of the Roman alphabet, which first appeared in Europe around the 12th century up to 1945 or so.
