The Florilegium usually serves this purpose, though due to Stefan's high 
workload, it may take a while.  It is usually just the best collection of 
posts,  he can manage due to the changing subject lines and meandering 
discussions.  I beleive he has said in the past that if the original poster 
wants to summarize the discussion, he's very happy to use that instead.  OR, 
if someone finds a collection of postings unmanageable, they are welcome to 
edit the file for him.
