Well, it was shared by Lady Brighid ni Ciarain - and i have her 
translation of the original, her redaction, and my version on my 
website with all the recipes from my first feast last month:

Everything was period or from 1st half of the 17th century except the 
faulx hypocras - which is spiced authentically, but made of fruit 
juice as the site was dry - and the mulled cider.
