That's why I wear a tunic to bed.  Heck, I wear a tunic almost everywhere.  
They go great with skirts or bluejeans.  And comfy to boot.

As for food dreams...Well..I dream of marzipan and mice with lots of wine 
and the top of a pie coffin.
