Welcome to hysterical Cooking!...oh.....sorry.....HISTORICAL cooking....
I've been here for the last 4 years odd, give or take a few months 
where Real Life TM kicked in unexpectedly.  The gentles here know 
tonnes and I've learned a lot.  So come on under The Rock, pull up a
