I believe they are flawed, but perhaps not in the same way you think? I
feel that all 3 tests should have been MSG caps taken with plain water
[or placebo caps, as the case may be] as the milk and cereal is hard on
people with lactose, fructose, gluten or carb intolerances.
I have never had any problem with MSG, but tend to avoid cooking with it
[although I do occasionally cook with vegemite] as I don't feel it is
particularly necessary.
