It's a meringue thing with fruit piled on top of custard or whipped
cream. My Betty Crocker says kiwifrut, but my Graham Kerr cookbook (ok,
he's a Kiwi, but still...) has a whole list of fruit possibilities.
Kinda fun, so long as the meringue doesn't get too dry.
